Returns
Items are eligible for return/exchange 14 days from the date the package arrives at your door (per tracking information).  No refunds are given for returns.  Returns will be given Store Credit Only in the form of a Wild Hears Boutique E-gift Card.

We extend our return/exchange policy to 30 days during this time of year as we know that many of the items are being purchased as gifts.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, unworn and unwashed.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift Cards
  • Sale or Final Sale Items (items purchased from Sales Collections or Promo Codes Greater than 25%)
  • Intimates
  • Shoes
  • Custom Gifts or Graphic Tees
  • There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
If the refund is approved (due to an incorrect item being sent or damage during transit (item fit is not cause for automatic refund), your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-10 business days (this return process is instant on our end, and the refund duration depends on your card issuing bank).

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, we are happy to verify the return has been processed on our end.  The next step will be to contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be refunded.

We offer Free Unlimited Returns for $1.00 when you select this option at checkout.  Otherwise, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
